As the original creator of the hydraulic calibration solution, Eilersen is now ready with a new and improved design. The EilerCal (patents pending) is developed for easy, quick, and reliable calibration of weighing systems on tanks, totes, and vessels. Using the EilerCal, technicians can frequently perform quick calibrations - all without adding liquids and risking tank contamination. Use the EilerCal to calibrate weighing systems of all brands, and all load cell technologies.

How does it work?

The EilerCal system is delivered with custom hydraulic cylinders and digital reference load cells attached between the tank and a fixed surface. Using a manual hydraulic pump, the technician can contract the cylinder, thereby applying force on the load cells. The force can be displayed in kilos or pounds for easy calibration.
